– Financial and accounting translations: invoices, balance sheets, financial statements, annual reports, economic reports, letters of creditworthiness, notifications, statements of account, insurance documents, tender documentation, technical specifications.

– Management consulting translations: presentations, offers, course materials (participant’s guide, slides, facilitator’s guide, etc.), licenses, special leaflets, manuals, correspondence.

– Advertising and marketing translations: press articles, press releases, company presentations, newsletters, manuals, leaflets, web sites, other materials drafted and required by the beneficiaries.

We ensure authorized translations, legalized by Notary Public offices. In addition to translating documents, we can timely guarantee the legalization of the translations rendered as Lingua Terrae’s translators are authorized by the Ministry of Justice. Upon completing the translation proper, the report for the legalization of the translator’s signature is attached thereto, the translator affixes their stamp and sample of signature and the Notary Public offices we collaborate with legalize the translator’s signature. The documents which require to be legalized are: documents that have to be recognized abroad, personal papers (marriage certificates, diplomas, school and academic records), invitations to travel abroad, labor books or documents released by the Courts of law, Court orders, legal records; ownership acts, various attesting certificates, contracts, resolutions, powers of attorney, authorizations, permits, licenses, accounting documents, miscellaneous.

Collation services:

To collate is to compare the original text with its translation in order to establish the accuracy thereof or to ascertain the similarities and differences. To proofread and correct a translation that has already been done.

Interpreting

We provide interpreting services within Notary Public Offices. The authorized translators of Lingua Terrae can go to the Notary Public Offices to participate in signing documents before the notary public, in taking consents, statements from foreign citizens or they can go to the premises of other State authorities to assist in case foreign citizens attend, as the case may be.

We can offer interpreting services for business meetings, training courses, workshops or other types of events. To benefit from such services, you need to reserve an interpreter at least one week before the event takes place.

The team of translators of Lingua Terrae is made up of professional and experienced linguists which hold bachelor’s/master’s degree in foreign languages from the faculties of philology and also translation authorizations issued by the Ministry of Justice. The translation projects required by our clients are assigned to the translators who have the necessary competence according to their areas of translation expertise they have specialized in.
